Role Description:

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Warehouse Officer to join our dynamic logistics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, managing inventory, and ensuring the efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of goods. The role also involves coordinating and performing delivery tasks to support our logistics operations.

Responsibilities:

Warehouse Management & Order Fulfilment:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
• Organize and store inventory in designated locations, maintaining accurate recordsand conducting regular stock audits.
• Ensure proper labelling and tagging of products.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to optimize delivery schedules and monitordelivery routes.

Delivery Coordination:

• Perform delivery duties as needed, ensuring safe and timely transportation of goods.
• Handle customer interactions during deliveries, ensuring a high level of service.

Safety and Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse.
• Implement and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouseoperations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and address any issues promptly.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, deliveries, and other warehouse activities.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse performance and inventory levels.
• Document and report any discrepancies, damages, or quality issues.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Account Officer :

Job Responsibilities:

• Liaise with the Operations team to ensure accurate billing charges for jobs and projects.
• Work closely with the Accounts Payable (AP) team to manage Purchase Order (POB) charges.
• Extract unbilled items from SAP and reconcile them with job details.
• Ensure all billed items for group billing are accurate and complete, verifying the correctness of charges.
• Prepare Accounts Receivable (A/R) invoices based on submitted job details from the Operations team.
• Ensure invoices are prepared in line with agreed rates in the contract or sales blanket, within 3 working days.
• Generate and send e-invoices to customers, ensuring that all necessary supporting documentation is included.
• Prepare and submit billing data, reports, and system inputs to customers as required.
• Handle customer queries or feedback regarding invoices and provide timely resolutions.
• Send Statements of Accounts to customers after the month-end A/R closing process.
• Extract and verify unbilled items in HCS AR closed orders following order completion, ensuring accurate reporting.
• Proactively follow up with customers on outstanding or overdue invoices to ensure timely payments.
• Ensure all receipts are properly recorded and supported by corresponding payment advice.
• Prepare billing-related reports to ensure completeness and accuracy in billing records.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 22301 standards as part of the Integrated Management System (IMS).
• Contribute to achieving the IMS Policy and IMS objectives.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or related field
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office applications
• At least 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field
• Willingness to travel to the Pioneer area for work assignments
