Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day operations and administration of the Library
• Ensure Library is ready for opening by performing checks
• Perform Library counter duties
• Operate the Library Management System eg. book borrowing, book search, circulation, cataloguing
• Manage the inter-library loans to support the information needs for library users
• Support current awareness /alert services to create awareness of Library resources

Requirements:

• A Diploma (preferably from a local polytechnic) with 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in working in a law library is preferred
