Job Responsibilities:

· Responsible for timely and accurate trade/data entries

· Compile, organize and maintain records of business transaction

· Work closely with front office staff to resolve customers’ queries as they arise and escalate when appropriate

· Maintain up-to-date customer records

· Independently take initiative to see tasks through to completion

· Assist in ad-hoc projects/assignments as required

Job Requirements:

· Fluency in English and any other languages is a plus

· Detail-oriented & fast-learner

· One or more years of middle office support / trade support experience is preferred

· Strong team player with ability to work independently

· Some administrative/ settlements experience is an advantage

· Able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

The Front Desk Executive serve as the point of contact between Tree Art and prospective customers. The incumbent identifies and educate prospective customers on the Company’s course curriculum and supports customers by providing information and assistance with closing.

Main Duties:

• Adminstrative duties in terms of Microsoft Office
• Familiarising with Tree Art curriculum and programmes.
• Identify and recommend on course curriculum that are tailored to customer’s needs and objectives.
• Liase closely with customers to address all course inquiries (ie; walk-in/online platforms) with closure.
• Coordinate with Centre Manager to ensure smooth process for customer registration and enrolment.
• Collect and review quality feedback from customers to improve sales.
• Responsible for administrative duties including maintaining database records and sales data analysis.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Centre Manager.

Job Specification:

• Possess at least diploma in any field.
• Fresh graduates who are pro-active and sales driven are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience working in sales is an added advantage.

Working Hours (43 hours per work week):

Mon : off

Tuesday - Friday : 1.30pm - 7.30pm

Saturday and Sunday: 9.00am - 7.30pm

Job Summary:

• Basic salary up to $3000
• Variable bonus on a yearly basis
• 5 days work week (rotating shift)
• Location: Alexandra Rd
• Able to work some of the weekends

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle phone calls and provide accurate information to the enquiries
• Greet and check in to customers' arrival
• Provide refreshments to the walk in customers
• Manage the sales executive turn system
• Ensure the showroom is tidy and orderly
• Ensure the display cars are in good condition
• Other related ad-hoc job

Key Requirements:

• Experienced as customer service officer
• Must be able to commit on some weekends
