Job Responsibilities:

• Provide level 1.5 End User Computing support and well verse in Windows OS.
• Change Management, including review new and implemented changes, chair CAB, review change schedule, maintain dashboard, prepare comms.
• Incident Management, including analysing trends, incident workarounds, monitoring aged incidents.
• Major Incident Management, including communication, being part of the Incident Repsonse Team, managing suppliers

A Service Desk Specialist (SDS) is responsible for maintaining customers' relationships with the company, providing fast and useful answers to customers' questions and other needs related to technical support. You are responsible for a variety of duties in the company which are described in the job duties. • Problem Management, including chairing any problem meetings, managing active problems, highlighting new problems.

Technical Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Good knowledge of ITIL
• Good knowledge of ServiceNow
• Good knowledge/experience of using the Microsoft suite, specifically including SharePoint , Visio and Excel
• Exposure to/familiarity with automation

Job Requirement:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in computer science / information technology or relevant field.
• At least 3-5 years of relevant working experiences.

1.Provide First Call Resolution (FCR) technical support via phone and email. Ensure calls are answered and emails are responded in a timely manner.

2.Perform first level troubleshooting on all reported incidents and escalate incidents to 2nd level resolver groups as per work instructions.

3.Furnish and submit timely updates to customers on the status of outstanding issues within targeted Service Level

4.Maintain ownership of cases and follow-up on reported issues until closure and gather accurate and complete relevant information is recorded.

5.Manage customer expectations and notify Team Lead in the event of unusual surge in calls of a specific nature.

6.Handle initial classification/ prioritization of the incidents. Track the progress of resolution and provide regular updates for follow-up actions and incident status.
