Job Description

• RTOs shall provide standing supervision of all civil and structural works to ensure compliance with the following authorities' requirements:
• The inspection of the bus depot involves the demolition and removal of the existing Pasir Panjang Distripark. Following this, the construction will take place for main depot building, dormitory and administration office.
• Supervise and monitoring of contractors’ work to ensure they are carried out in accordance with the provision in the contract document.

Job Scope:

· Provide administrative support for the Tax Exemption Scheme (TES):

- Handle the donations management process including checking donations documentation, liaising with stakeholders and input data into IRAS tax deduction system for auto-filing of deductions.

- Assist to liaise with monument owners regarding the TES application and disbursement process.

· Manage the division’s office administration:

- Carry out annual stocktakes of stationery, publications, and library.

- Ensure file catalogues are updated.

- Purchase and manage stocks of office stationery.

- Upkeep and maintain filing system.

- Maintain book inventory and stocktaking.

· Provide logistical support for operations:

- Assist in planning division’s annual team bonding and planning retreats.

- Schedule and provide support for meetings, such as food catering, booking of venues for programmes including meetings and other events.

- Book flights and accommodation for worktrips

· Manage division’s day-to-day finance administration, including e-invoice processing, billing and cash handling.

· Provide admin support on Advisory Board matters.

Working Arrangement:

Location: City Hall

Contract Duration: 1 Year

Working Hours: 8:30am to 6:00pm. (5 Day Work Week)

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant work experience in business administration, accountancy or finance.
• Efficient, meticulous, organised and able to multi-task.
• Good communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work independently.
