What you will be working on?

• Interpret legacy datasets relating to development gross floor area (GFA) and land use, converting them to adhere to a new schema
• Understand and interpret planning and development records by synthesizing various data sources including data attributes in Excel, and approved plans in various formats (e.g. CAD, PDF, Bentley)
• Perform manual and/or scripted quality checks to ensure accuracy of assembled data, with close consultation/collaboration with urban planners/architects in charge
• Work on other duties and projects as assigned

• Singaporean only
• Minimum Higher NITEC / GCE ‘O’ level / GCE ‘A’ level
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Manager with public relations aligned with the project’s master work programme.
• Manage and address public feedback and complaints; support press and PR matters.
• Distribute authority-approved notices (pamphlets, letters) to the public before work starts.
• Brief nearby residents and stakeholders about construction impacts prior to each stage.
• Attend and arrange public relations meetings with the project team when needed.
• Ensure advance communication on road closures, traffic diversions, etc., to minimize inconvenience.
• Provide periodic updates to the public on construction activities.
• Prepare monthly reports on public feedback and actions taken.
• Maintain positive public relations throughout the construction period.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any field.
• At least 3 years of working experience as a Public Relations Officer in the construction industry, specifically on HDB or LTA projects.

• Attend to enquiries, primarily incoming calls through the hotline or other channels such as email
• Understand customer’s needs and provide quick, accurate and satisfactory answers to their queries
• Ensure proper recording of conversation with customer in the call centre system
• Meet/exceed all individual and team key performance indicators (KPI) set by the management
• Maintain a positive and helpful approach in interactions with all customers
• Handling calls consist and not limiting to:
• Concession related matters (i.e lost of card/replacement procedure/extension issues/application issues)
• Filing of claims for customer (i.e over-deduction/failure to exit/double deduction)

Job Requirements

• Able to work on weekends and perform Overtime when necessary
• Mandarin speaking - require to communicate with Chinese speaking customers
