Working hours: 8.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 8.30am - 5.30pm (Friday)

Salary: up to $3,200 per month

Contract duration: 3 months (possibility of extension)

Job Description:

• Support case officers by assisting with full spectrum of administrative work such as tracking timelines and email responses and organizing documents
• Create a new case file upon receipt of new complaint and update the necessary databases as case progresses
• Archive and file emails and documents
• Assist the team with ad hoc assignments / projects

Job Requirements:

• Only Singaporean
• Minimum Diploma & above in any related discipline
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
