Requirements

• Proven experience (10+ years) in senior IT leadership roles, including at least 3-5 years as a CIO or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in designing IT architectures, particularly in ERP and MES implementation, data analytics, and system integrations.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and enterprise applications in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Strong knowledge of ERP (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle) and MES systems.
• · Hands-on experience with data analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
• Familiarity with IT security best practices and compliance regulations (e.g., ISO, GDPR, industry-specific standards).
• Experience with cloud-based solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure) and hybrid infrastructures.
• Ability to lead and manage IT teams, guiding them to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record in managing change, ensuring technology adoption across organizations.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to align IT initiatives with business goals.
• Ability to see the big picture and design IT solutions that scale with the business.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred

• Experience in the manufacturing or precision engineering sector is a plus.
• Certification in IT architecture (e.g., TOGAF) or project management (e.g., PMP) is beneficial.
• Experience with both on-premise and cloud ERP/MES solutions.
