Job Overview:

The Front Desk is the face of our studio and core to our client service! This role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining an organized and efficient front desk operation. Responsibilities and Duties:

• Client service and relationship maintenance: Meet and greet clients, enhancing clients experience and maintaining brand image.
• Scheduling and managing appointments: Coordinate class schedules, private solo and duet sessions to ensure a smooth and organized timetable for clients and instructors.
