Astek International is proposing an opportunity for Full Stack Developer / Software Developer to support our project based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the design and implementation of sophisticated software systems front end and backend with a focus on React/Java development.
• Participate in software design and code reviews. Reviews include other Software Engineers and are held to ensure a high level of software quality and to share knowledge with team members
• Develop robust solutions with consideration to security, performance, internationalization, and browser-compatibility.
• Develop modern web development and DevOps practices to develop, test, debug and deploy
• Use the business process requirements to drive the detailed design of the application and technical architecture components.
• Maintain a high level of proficiency with Computer Science/Software Engineering knowledge and contribute to the technical skills growth of other team members
• Participate in the planning, creation and execution of automated test cases and load/performance testing
• Anticipate, identify, track and resolve issues and risks affecting the delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or relevant field
• At least 4 years’ experience in full stack development framework
• Professional certification in AWS Certification and/or Cloud-related will be preferred
• Front-end development such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, React.js, TypeScript, ES6
• Strong knowledge in Java, Python, Spring/Sprig Boot, Redis, Flask etc
• Experienced in Oracle, Amazon Aurora (MySQL)
• Experienced in Web DevOps & Test: Git, Grunt, Bower, npm, Jasmine, Selenium
• Technically competent in Micro Services / Web Services, APIs to design Restful services
