• Lead the product support team in supporting the credit card application
• Perform Credit Card application maintenance in mainframe platform
• Configuration management of product source code
• Provide supports to customers
• Identify, diagnose and resolve reported problems
• Answer customer’s queries about our product
• Disseminate new information and developments of products
• Code using COBOL language and test programs in mainframe platform
• Provide maintenance and support for the tools (e.g. simulators and HSM) required for the credit card application in the mainframe platform
• Periodic review of the source codes created by the product support team
• Manage Product Support Hotline

• Responsible for design, build, support and enhance internal facing SharePoint collaboration and web publishing platforms
• Administration, support, and configuration of Office 365 for new and existing users
• Maintenance of SharePoint sites and sub sites, lists, libraries, and content (including pages, workflows, items, permissions, and access etc.)
• Assist in the administration and support an enterprise-level Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online (SAAS)
• Training and educating end-users on O365 capabilities and collaboration tools (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange online etc.)
• Producing dashboard reports and management information, particularly around the consumption of licenses and resources as well as user adoption of the various components
• Work closely with internal architecture team. Determine appropriate architecture, and other technical solutions, and make relevant recommendations to teams.
• Assisting in project development, defining technical requirements and developing solutions
• Proactive suggest teams to emerging technologies or applications and the opportunities to integrate them into operations and activities

Requirements

• Minimally 2 years experience/exposure in O365, SharePoint Online, PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI
• Experience in designing, implementing, managing SharePoint environment
• Knowledge in configuration of SharePoint Online environments
• Creation and management of sites, subsites etc
• Development of SharePoint views
• Knowledge in workflow and forms development using Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint Forms and Microsoft Forms
• Familiar with SharePoint security architecture, minimally permission control
• Knowledge in SharePoint Online views and list formatting (JSON formatting)
• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and other web development technologies
• Understanding of SharePoint architecture -Implementation of features and web parts
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams

Educational Qualification:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with a minimum of 9+ years of experience in a similar role. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications will be considered as an added advantage.

Proven experience as an Oracle PL/SQL Developer.

Strong knowledge of SQL and how to write complex queries.

Familiarity with Dimensional Modelling concepts.

Proficient in Shell scripting.

Experience with job scheduling tools like Control-M.

Experience with change management tools like Aldon.

Excellent problem-solving skills.

Good knowledge of Oracle performance tuning.
