Who We Need

Front Office Department:

• Performing reception and front desk duties.
• Portering and Triaging duties such as transfer of patients from one location to another.
• Attending to all enquires of patients and visitors including phone enquiries.

How to Succeed

• Possess at least Nitec, GCE ‘A’, ‘O’, ‘N’ Levels in any discipline.
• Minimum 1-year experience in a customer service position.
• 5 days work week, able to work on 2 rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• AM: 7am to 4.30pm, PM: 12pm to 9.30pm

Key Role Responsibilities:

• Use the business process requirements to drive the detailed design and implementation of application and technical architecture components.
• Configure, build, and test the application or technical architecture components.
• Work with other developers, designers, and architects to make sure that the configuration and custom components meet application requirements and performance goals.
• Plan and execute all required process steps as defined in our methodologies.
• Anticipate, identify, track, and resolve issues and risks affecting the delivery.
• Participate in transitions of the application or technical architecture components to the Quality Engineers.
• Fix any defects and performance problems discovered in testing.
• Participate in quality management reviews, ensuring the application design and related work products satisfy the requirements.
• Participate in Process Execution and Improvement.
• Coordinate and participate in structured peer reviews/walkthroughs.
• Create technical and functional/end-user operational documentation for the software or system.
• Provide application/technical support as needed.

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent discipline
• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant IT experience and technically competent in JavaScript, , React.js, Java, Postgres SQL Server
• Strong experience in integration of REST Services and 3rd party APIs.
• Experience in React.js, Java.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think out of the box.
• Cloud platform AZURE
• DevOps Tools (Azure DevOps, Gitlab)

The Bank’s Group Technology and Operations (GTO) IT division in Singapore is looking for an experienced System analyst to join the Global Markets Enterprise & Technology (GMET).

GMET department is responsible of developing and supporting the bank’s global markets division (Sales & Trading, Product control and risk management) with a multi asset classes exposures covering Commodities, Credit Derivatives, FXD, IRD, FX, MM, Fixed Income products in Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, China and its overseas branches across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

As part of the GMET Front Office and Product control practice, the analyst will be responsible for:

· Analysing stakeholder requirements, formulating design and development proposals to enhance the global markets technology efficiency and meets Front office expectations

· Delivering and supporting the Global markets platform (Murex), managing the quality of functional delivery and ensuring the implementation and deployment of the deliverables.

· Perform various levels of testing for assigned deliverables as well as participate in formal release cycles (SIT/UAT)

· Contributing and assist existing support parties in resolving requests or issues with Front Office, P&L, Market Data, and booking issues

· Interacting with stakeholders to develop practical domain roadmaps to move the enterprise towards the future state vision, while taking into account business, technical and delivery constraints

· Communicating the principles, standards, vision and roadmaps to stakeholders and proactively addressing any questions / concerns identified

· Acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders in both business and IT to assist in defining and delivering high quality solutions

Key Requirements

· BS or higher degree in Economics, Finance or equivalent science oriented track

· knowledge of most common traded financial instruments is a MUST

· Must be detailed-oriented, a quick learner, and a self-starter

· 3+ years’ experience as a Front office / Product control system/business analyst or consultant in a leading trading platform.

· Previous experience with a flagship Trading system (ideally Murex) is an advantage

· previous experience in delivering projects in financial services – preferable Investment banking and Risk

· Solid experience in gathering and writing requirements and functional specifications in a project framework

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, document, test, deploy, and maintain software applications.
• Follow through the entire Software Development Life Cycle.
• Finalising back-end features and testing web applications.
• Keep up to date on best practices and new technologies.
• Interpret systems specifications to develop, maintain and support application implementation.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with J2EE Framework such as Spring Boot, Servlet, Hibernate, etc.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
• Strong documentation and solution design skills.
