Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop appropriate educational materials and activities for infants aged 6 to 18 months.
• Implement and teach the developed curriculum in a nurturing and engaging classroom environment, fostering a love for learning among infants.
• Assess infants' developmental progress and adapt curriculum to meet individual learning needs.
• Regularly communicate with parents regarding their child's progress, achievements, and any areas requiring attention.
• Work with fellow teachers to ensure consistency and effectiveness in curriculum delivery.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and stimulating learning environment that encourages exploration and growth.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in early childhood education and integrate innovative practices into the curriculum.

• Minimum Diploma in Preschool Teaching (DPT), Early Childhood Education, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related experience.
• ECDA L2 certified is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Mandarin to support activities or interactions requiring targeted use of the language.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust and scalable web applications.
• Develop and implement front-end and back-end design or function.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Lead remote development team to deliver within scope on time.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web development technologies and trends.

Requirements:

• Min. 4 years of software development experience with 5 software development lifecycles.
• Experienced as a Full Stack Developer with experience with MEAN/MERN stacks.
• Proficiency with Java and C++
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript (TypeScript) and frontend frameworks like React or Svelte.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Golang and JavaScript.
• Experience with database management systems, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and web services.
• Understanding of web application architecture, stateless architecture, and design patterns.
