Job Details:

• Possess a degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related fields.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience focusing on frontend software development.
• Experience in building rich Single Page Applications.
• Proficient in JavaScript and Typescript (Angular/React/Vue).

• Lead the product support team in supporting the credit card application
• Perform Credit Card application maintenance in mainframe platform
• Configuration management of product source code
• Provide supports to customers
• Identify, diagnose and resolve reported problems
• Answer customer’s queries about our product
• Disseminate new information and developments of products
• Code using COBOL language and test programs in mainframe platform
• Provide maintenance and support for the tools (e.g. simulators and HSM) required for the credit card application in the mainframe platform
• Periodic review of the source codes created by the product support team
• Manage Product Support Hotline

• Design, implement, test, and deploy end-to-end software solutions in the T&O-MOT-LCS domain with the following key responsibilities
• Hands-on experience with JAVA (Spring, Springboot) in a Unix/ Linux environment
• Hands-on experience with relational databases, preferably MySQL, NoSQL, MariaDB or SQL Server.
• Knowledge of software best practices, like Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration (CI).
• Experience in CI-CD tools like Bitbucket Jenkins, Nexus, JIRA, confluence.A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in data ETL pipelines (including reconciliation and quality tools and techniques) an advantage

Working with a back-office development team, you will be responsible for the design and delivery of the software solution for a high volume and performance intensive back office.

The activities required to be performed shall include the following:

Requirements gathering.

• Design, development, and maintenance of the software.
• Preparation and submission of deliverables throughout the software development lifecycles such as Business Rules, Software Requirement Specifications, Software Architecture
• Document, Design Specification, Interface Specifications, Source Codes, Testing Specification, Operation and Maintenance Manual, Training Manual and others documents as required in the standard adopted by the Authority.
• Assist the Authority with day-to-day application support issues.
• Liaise with users on the requirement, design and testing issues.

Required Skills and experience:-

• Degree in Computer Science with at least 5 years’ relevant experience in software development.
• Gone through at least one full (SDLC) with experience in producing SDLC documentations.
• Extensive experience in analysing requirements, designing,development and delivering complex enterprise applications in Java/JEE, web programming on UNIX / LINUX and Windows environment.
• Experience in Agile development methodology and continuous integration.
• Experience in Spring Framework and Spring Boot will be an advantage.
• Experience in Message Queues.
• Experience in Solace will be an advantage.
• Experience in Software Modernization, Containerization,Microservices will be an advantage.
• Experience in Cloud Computing, Kubernetes & Dockers, AWS Services like Amazon ECS Fargate, AWS RDS & Lambda will be an advantage.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field
• Experience in scripting and automation, database management, with a focus on maintainability and support
• Automation in SAP, EXCEL, WORD and PDF
• Accessing network and saving files, capturing images/snapshots via webcam, phone or tablet camera
• Preferred programming language knowledge (VBA, Python, Auto Hotkey, C#, others)

Mandatory
• Prior hands-on experience in Pega Development (preferably 6 months or more)

Good to have but not a must
• Experience in executing project releases on Pega PRPC BPM platform.
• Exposure in executing large BPM engagements through the complete SDLC lifecycle.
• Experience in PEGA technical and architecture with broad industry and functional knowledge
• PEGA certified i.e. SA, SSA, LSA

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Collaborate with the Project Team in understanding client requirements and how they translate in application features
• Collaborate with the Team to set specifications for new / existing applications
• Participate in incident management and change requests
• Perform troubleshooting and debugging of applications when required
• Evaluate existing applications to reprogram, update and add new features Work with business process owners/SMEs to assess capabilities and identify high-level user requirements
• Work with project managers, architects and SMEs to define metrics and performance goals for the process.
• Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases.
