As a Front Office Shift Leader, Night, you will be working permanent night shift and be responsible for the operational efficiency and service delivery of all front office areas. You’ll also assist to create a warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in any location and achieve the highest possible guest satisfaction. Night shift allowance will be provided for this position.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Conducting effective shift briefings to inform team members about daily hotel activities and operational requirements
