We are looking for an F&B Graphic Design Executive to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media. The job includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos.

Job Scope:

• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Schedule projects and define budget constraints
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
• Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
• Test graphics across various media
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required
• liaising with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality.
• Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials.
• Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
• Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.
• Prepares finished copy and art by operating typesetting, printing, and similar equipment; and purchasing from vendors.

Requirements:

• Proven graphic designing experience
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Degree or Diploma in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus

We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and customer-oriented Front of House Staff to join our team at a restaurant in Singapore. The Front of House Staff will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an exceptional dining experience by providing excellent customer service and ensuring that the dining area is clean, organized, and welcoming.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests as they enter the restaurant and assist them with finding a suitable table
• Take and serve orders from guests in a timely manner and enter them accurately into the POS system
• Address any questions or concerns guests may have and provide recommendations on menu items
• Ensure that all guests receive their orders correctly and in a timely manner
• Process payments accurately and provide guests with change if necessary
• Keep the dining area clean and organized at all times, including clearing tables and resetting them for the next guest
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, such as cleaning and stocking duties
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure that orders are prepared accurately and in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food service industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to speak English fluently
• Positive and friendly attitude with a passion for providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic math skills for handling cash and credit card transactions

Working hours

• 2pm-11pm, Sunday Off. 6 days a week
