What You Will Do:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Consultation:

• Meet with clients to discuss their requirements, budget, and preferences.
• Provide expert advice on space planning, materials, color schemes, and furnishings.

2. Design Development:

• Develop design concepts that align with the client's vision.
• Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max).
• Select materials, furnishings, lighting, and finishes that meet the project requirements.

3. Project Management:

• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare project timelines and ensure that the project is completed within the stipulated time and budget.
• Oversee the installation of design elements, ensuring that the design is executed as per the plan.

4. Budget Management:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and manage the budget for each project.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best materials at competitive prices.

5. Compliance and Standards:

• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and safety regulations.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and innovations in the interior design industry.

6. Client Presentation:

• Present design concepts and proposals to clients.
• Revise designs based on client feedback and preferences.
• Provide after-sales service, including addressing any issues or concerns post-completion.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous projects.
• Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar.
• Strong creative vision and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that enhance the player experience for mobile games.
• Design UI components, icons, screens, and pop-ups that align with the game’s style and theme.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate UI concepts, ensuring the design is functional and player-friendly.
• Cut and export assets, which includes separating individual elements, maintaining consistent sizing and resolution that aligns with technical requirements.
• Prepare and deliver UI assets and documentation to developers, ensuring accurate implementation.
• Work with game designers and artists to iterate on designs and receive feedback.
• Conduct and analyze player feedback on UI components, making adjustments as necessary to optimize user experience.
• Ensure UI designs are adaptive and responsive across multiple devices and screen sizes.
• Keep up-to-date with UI/UX trends, particularly in mobile games, to integrate effective designs.

Requirements

• Diploma in Arts & Media or related fields.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in developing UI for games.
• Strong portfolio showcasing intuitive UI design and polished visual design skills for games.
• Excellent understanding of composition, colour theory, and visual storytelling.
• Produce high-quality work consistently to arrive at the best results.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience with game engines like Unity.
• Figma and AI tools (Midjourney and Sable Diffusion).
• Basic proficiency in 3D software like Blender for modeling and texturing in-game assets.

Responsibilities:

· Performs space planning and visualizes in 3D perspective;

· Sources for materials and gathers cost estimates from suppliers for budgeting;

· Prepares design proposal with materials, concept images and colour selections;

· Assists in conveying design concept to clients in formal presentations;

· Produces tender drawings, working drawings and interior finishes specifications;

· Liaises and discuss design/construction issues with clients and specialists;

· Involvement in tender exercise process, evaluate tender submission and report on recommendation;

· Review and approval of shop drawings and material submitted by contractor;

· Gather updates on progress on-site and resolves issues with contractors and specialists.

Requirements:

· Degree in Interior Design or equivalent;

· 0 - 3 years of experience in interior projects or similar industries;

· Strong in design detailing and good knowledge of materials and technical requirements;

· Good computer literacy and well-versed in necessary design related software.
