Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Product Designer (UX) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing user-centric products and experiences that align with our business goals and deliver exceptional value to our users. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to shape our product vision and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• User Research & Insights:Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to uncover user needs, behaviors, and pain points.

• Experience Design:Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate ideas and interactions.

Requirements:

• Experience:5+ years of experience as a UX designer, product designer, or similar role.
  Proven track record of designing and delivering successful, user-centric digital products.
  
• Skills:Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  Strong understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and user research methodologies.
  Excellent skills in prototyping and interaction design using tools like InVision, Axure, or similar.
  Solid understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus.
  
• Communication:Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design ideas and decisions effectively.
  Ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, agile environment.
