In this role, you will work independently on various projects as assigned by a Project Manager or Lead Engineer. This position will be reporting to the Head Of Marketing and working along with the marketing team in creation of graphic design artwork from packaging design to above the line and below the line marketing Campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creation of graphic design artwork for use on multiple platforms from digital to print for ATL, BTL and packaging design.

• Collaborate with marketing team on creative new concepts.

• Assist in design and implementation of promotional venue layout.

• Main liaison with print vendors for production of collaterals

• Ad hoc event and product photography.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Graphic Design

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator

• Experience in FMCG industry would be a plus, but fresh graduates are definitely welcome

1. Front Office & Desk

• Initiate guest connections via email prior to arrival to personalize the guest stay experience.

• Coordinate with Concierge for transportation arrangements as required.
• Escort guests to their rooms and facilitate in-room check-ins for a seamless arrival experience.
• Provide welcome refreshments and maintain awareness of room status changes.
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using the computer system.
• Oversee the Club Lounge, ensuring guest comfort and safety, and perform opening and closing duties as needed.

2. Housekeeping & Laundry

• Extend a warm greeting to every guest and ensure their comfort throughout their stay.
• Verify the functionality of room appliances and conduct thorough cleaning of bathrooms including bathtub/hot tub/shower and furnishings.
• Manage uniform issuance and collection procedures efficiently.
• Collect laundry from guest rooms and deliver it promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain adequate supplies on cleaning carts
• Accurately report room statuses.

Requirements:

• Hold at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Willingness to work on a rotating shift basis, including overnight and weekends.
• Passionate about the hospitality industry and dedicated to providing exceptional service.
• Possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Creative, forward-thinking and a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Meticulous, with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Passionate and focused with high level of dedication.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Min 3-5 years experience in luxury residential design and design and build environment
