This position will focus on the creative design of mobile content and you will be expected to wear many hats! Key Responsibilities:

• Concept Development: Generate and develop original game concepts, proposals, characters, and storylines that engage and captivate players.

• Game Mechanics: Contribute to the design and refinement of gameplay mechanics, ensuring they are fun, engaging, and aligned with the game's vision.

Qualifications, Skills & Preferences:

• Co-ordination and monitoring of drawing submission to Main Contractor.
• Maintain Drawings listing in accordance to ISO Quality standard.
• Preparation & drafting of architectural shop drawings as per design drawing intend, in accordance to standards.
• Revised and updated commented shop drawings.
• Liaise and coordinate with subcontractor and client on drawing and site issue.
• Good AutoCad knowledge.
• Knowledge of MicroStation or Rivet MEP and CSD Drawings will be an added advantage.

- Collaboration in space planning assignments, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, design documentation and construction site supervision for design implementation.
- Plan, schedule and run design activities to meet the project programme.
- Preparation of communicative presentations.
- Preparation of coherent sets of design-focused tender drawings.
- Coordination with consultants, vendors, contractors, fabricators, regulatory agencies and other collaborators to meet overall project objectives.

- Review of shop drawings submittals and finish samples.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor or Master Degree in Architecture.
- Well versed in Adobe, AutoCAD and Sketchup.
- Excel in 3D modelling, visualization, and graphic software; Revit skillset is strongly preferred. (Others include acad, Sketch-up, Enscape, adobe and Microsoft suites).
