Key responsibilities:

• Leads the development of application architectures for complex systems, ensuring consistency with specified requirements agreed with both external and internal customers. Takes full responsibility for the balance between functional, service quality and systems management requirements within a significant area of the organization. Support the establishment of policy and strategy for the selection of systems architecture components, and co-ordinates design activities, promoting the discipline to ensure consistency. Develops models and plans to drive forward the strategy, taking advantage of opportunities to improve business performance. Takes responsibility for investigative work to determine requirements and specify effective business processes, through improvements in information systems, data management, practices, procedures, organization and equipment.
• Provides leadership and guidelines for responsible area to promote the development and exploitation of IT technologies for next generation practices in the complex capital equipment manufacturing business.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architect, Digital and Data architect, Infrastructure architect and IT Security architect to identify synergies and dependencies in IT roadmap to avoid unnecessary reworks.
• Drives the development and recruitment of application architecture and solution design competency and capability set that meets the company needs
• Analyses business processes; identifies alternative solutions, assesses feasibility, and recommends new approaches, typically seeking to exploit technology components. Evaluates the financial, cultural, technological, organizational and environmental factors which must be addressed in the change programme. Establishes client requirements for the implementation of significant changes in organizational mission, business functions and process, organizational roles and responsibilities, and scope or nature of service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have (education & experience):

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
• Mininum 15 years relevant corporate IT or equivalent experience, in a multicultural environment with manufacturing companies in the > $3B range, with progressive increases in role and responsibility.
• Strong Leadership, and had managed a team size of >10+
• Strong knowledge in SAP Materials Management (MM) and Ariba (Supply Chain Collaboration, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Lifecycle) for sourcing & procurement.
• Strong knowledge in SAP MM and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), for supply chain logistics.
• Strong integration knowledge to Finance, Sales, and Manufacturing.
• Good knowledge of RFID and EDI would be a bonus.
• Broad and deep knowledge of enterprise solutions implemented in complex capital equipment manufacturing business contexts especially product configuration, engineering, manufacturing solutions and service management

Demonstrated:

• Led SAP blueprinting efforts for at least 5 sizable projects that involves complex capital equipment manufacturing business contexts. Experience with deep involvement in a S/4HANA implementation project end-to-end would be a bonus.

Ensure settlement of all 3rd Party TA accounts on a daily basis.

Ensure settlement of Long Term Guest bills on a monthly basis.

Ensure necessary discount or adjustment for Long Term Guests are applied

No Show reservations are to be highlighted to Room Reservations Team.

Reconciles Cashier totals with the Opera Cashier Shift Closing for Cash Payment, Credit Card and E-Payment.

Ensure that cashier closure tallies before submission to Finance AR Team.

6. OTHERS

Performs allocation of rooms based on guest reservation preferences on daily basis.

Ensure weekly stock order when stock par reach minimum.

Ensure daily task completed and/or otherwise handover to the next shift.

Respond to telephone and in-person inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Performs any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by Management.
