Key Responsibilities

  Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or other drafting software.

  Prepare material and product specifications for inclusion in project documentation.
  
• Client Interaction:Support designers during client meetings by presenting design concepts and revisions through drawings.
  Revise drawings based on client feedback, adjusting layouts and design elements as necessary.
  
• Collaboration with Contractors & Vendors:Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure that the drafted designs are accurately implemented during the construction or renovation phase.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st and 2nd Level IT Support to end-users
• Provide end-user IT support for both local and remote locations daily to ensure smooth business operation including end-user computing device performance monitoring

This position is responsible for managing front desk duties, pantry management, and providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or personnel, ensuring efficient communication flow.
• Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor badges, and follow security protocols for guests and contractors entering the building.

Requirements:

Job Scope-

• Provide quality customer service at all times; greet visitors and guests in a friendly and engaging manner ensuring a smooth and timely check-in/check-out during their stay.
• Thorough understanding of all hotel room categories, room rates and other general product knowledge necessary to perform Front Office operations (verification of guest identity, issuing of room keys etc.)

3D Content Creation
