Role Description:

The successful candidate will join the Kreston Helmi Talib Corporate Services team who work to support the delivery of Accounting and Finance projects to a client portfolio of a broad range of industries based across the US, EMEA and Asia. His/ Her main job responsibilities are focused in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, managing front desk and administrative duties, and supporting our HR operations.

The Front Desk cum Admin Executive will be responsible for welcoming and directing visitors to meeting rooms or respective departments for meetings; contacting team members to meet personal visitors or couriers at reception; managing incoming phonecalls and collecting messages for the team; managing the booking schedule of meeting rooms; receiving, sorting and distributing incoming mail; collecting, sorting and arranging the courier for outgoing mail; and managing stock for the pantry and the stationery supply.

Responsibilities:

Front Desk and Office Administration

• Meet and greet clients and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
• Answering phone calls in a professional manner and routing calls.
• Provide accurate information such as company address, directions to the company location, fax numbers, website and other related information in-person and via phone/ e-mail.

HR Operations

• Participate in the recruitment and selection process by reviewing resumes and applications, conducting initial phone interviews, administration of online assessments, scheduling job interviews, assisting in the interview process to the selected candidates.
• Assist with new employee orientation and coordinate with HR Director in setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, and other software related access.
• Ensure employee records such as timesheets, work from home, and paid leave (i.e., annual, sick, birthday etc) are updated in system.
• Maintain and regularly update master databases (personnel files, HR Cursor database, etc.) of each employee.
• Assist in the preparation of payroll calculation, performing payroll reconciliation, preparing payroll accounting, and reports, etc.
• Prepare and process statutory contributions payments and other payroll matters related matters.
• Update and maintain proper filing of employee documentation, e.g., employees’ staff list, medical insurance policies.
• Assist with other administration related duties assigned from time to time.

As a key member of our organization, you will be working closely and collaborating with our Lead Designer and wider creative team, offering support and contributing across all creative areas. This is an exciting opportunity for a Graphic Designer experienced and/or interested in working in the entertainment industry to work in-house for WILD Group.

Responsibilities

• Work with Lead Designer in all things creative, including conceptualizing and creating marketing collaterals, designing various music launch assets, assisting with website creative graphic content, and contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
• Develop engaging and on-brand graphics for use across digital platforms, including social media, websites, and branded campaigns.
• Collaborate with creative teams and talent managers to produce design assets that elevate brand identity and messaging for both WILD and our clients.
• Assist in creating pitch decks, presentations, and promotional materials to support campaigns and new client pitches.
• Communicating with clients about layout and design
• Amend designs based on stakeholder and client feedback
• Align with Social Media Marketing Calendar to propose flow and drafting of brand collaterals
• Ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with our target audience.
• Assist and work on client shoots and campaigns, study design briefs and conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Taking lead in creative projects and working alongside the Lead Designer.

Requirements:

• A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• High attention to quality and detail
• Demonstrate professional verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in photography and videography.
• Proficiency in design & editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut, etc)
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Strong leadership, communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to take initiative, handle multiple tasks, and adapt well to various styles of collaborations.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Application Designer to develop and enhance software applications. The ideal candidate will collaborate with teams to design user-friendly interfaces, ensure functionality, and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

• Position: Graphic Fashion/Garment Designer (PHOTOSHOP)
• Location: Near Tai Seng MRT
• Working hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday (9.00am - 6.00pm)
• Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $4200 + Variable Bonus + Medical Fees of $500 annually

Main Responsibilities:

• Mood boards, design development and presentation.
• Design and fabric research, sourcing, preparing prototype and prototype development.
• Create technical drawings for sampling and presentation.
• Liaise with relevant parties on development and construction

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Fashion Design or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in fashion design.
• Knowledge in textile, garment construction, design and development.

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers only
