• Create assets for use online and offline, including website, social media channels, YouTube, EDM, digital ads, merchandise, name cards, product packaging, product labels, posters
• Liaise with printing vendor to ensure quality printed materials
• Proofing prints, colour proofs, and mockups for quality control
• Take high resolution food photos and videos
• Timely deliveries of artwork
• Assist in marketing matters as and when required

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent
• Preferably from Food related or FMCG industry
• At least three years’ experience creating visual assets (both printed and online visuals)
• Possess an eye for details and a flair for creative designs
• Knowledge of video editing and DSLR
• Interest in photography and videography
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to work under tight timelines

• Copywriting accompanying designs and marketing communication works.
• Project management for campaign and product launches.
• Reports for marketing communication works – Website, emailer, social media.
• Communication with vendors and suppliers for printing and procurement supporting conceptualization works.

About the Role and Company

The role will be involved in works for FLO Aroma, an aromatherapy brand under the registered parent company. Works involved spans across mainly digital but also offline. Thus, allowing the role to be involved hands-on in a diversity of work.

As a young brand, we have a culture of learning and working in teams, regardless of any roles and positions. With a close-knitted team, the role will have the opportunity to work closely with different departments.
