To assist the Front Office Manager in ensuring smooth operation of the Front Office. To be responsible in directing, coordinating, and monitoring the overall Front Office operation as directed by the Front Office Manager to meet the service standards of the Hotel. To direct the Front Office operation in the absence of the Front Office Manager. The Front Office Supervisor (Mission Control Supervisor) will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency and seamless service delivery to all Front Office and F&B areas.

Main Responsibilities

• Perform check-in, check-out and room change procedures, and ensure all data are entered accurately into the systems.
• Ensuring guests requests are being followed up promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain cashier float and ensure accurate daily report of all monies received.
• Conduct shift briefings to communicate hotel activities and operational requirements.

· Work with site partners to ensure accurate planning and supplier delivery date data inside Capital Asset Lifecycle Management (CALM)

· Highlight any potential cashflow reduction or savings opportunities

· Keep track of the technode CAPEX

· Work with site partners to ensure actual Scenario Study bottoms up and eventual itemization is as per approved executive review targets

· Coordinate the CALM simulations with site partners and ensure the simulations are able achieve net neutral and completed within committed timeline

Requirements:

• Maintain cash float amount in accordance with expected occupancy. Authorise rate and room changes, paid outs, cash advances, acceptance of cheques according to procedures and credit policies.
• Responsible for training of all front desk staff including planning, organising and conducting OJT.
• Monitor room inventory closely to ensure maximum utilisation of rooms to generate higher revenue. Assist to maximise revenue and occupancy from group allotments.
• Directly responsible for the evacuation of staff and guests during a fire or any security threat in co-ordination with the security department.
• Follows up in credit limit report, ensure all guests balance checked daily.
• Counsel, coach and mentor individual associates as required to drive initiative, performance and consistency.
• Ensures that the Hotel’s properties and facilities are protected and are kept in good working condition. Reports any loss or damage to the Hotel’s properties and facilities promptly and appropriately.
