RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strong in conceptualize creatively, visualize and execute graphic design work
• Involves in design conceptualisation, coming up with design concepts and then communicating the ideals internally and to the clients
• Develop work from conceptual, ideation stage to the final design and implementation, planning and production
• Hands-on with in house mock-ups
• Expected to adhere to tight timeline

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum three (3) years experience in advertising agency/design or publishing house
• Well-versed in Adobe Creative Suite. Experience in Dreamweaver, Flash would be advantageous
• Superb communication skills and ability to do presentation
• Work competently both independently and in a creative team
• Meticulous, with a strong sense of urgency and good time management skills. Able to work under tight dateline and pressure.

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist with tracking of donations received and follow-up calls

- Assist with admin support required for campaigns, including engagement of donors and onboarding of partners

- Assist with logistic arrangements

- To attend to queries from unions and track issues logged for expedient processing

- Assist with preparation of meeting materials & reports

Job Requirements:

- Minimum Diploma / Degree in any field

Technical Responsibilities

• Ensures all modelling and draughting activities are completed within allocated schedule and budgeted hours. Efficiently and effectively manages multiple tasks independently and in a multi-disciplinary team. Job Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited college
