Responsibilities

• Formulate space planning, concept development and interior design conceptualisation
• Generate 3D Computerised perspective drawings and all construction detail drawings
• Prepare presentation such as design intent, colour scheme and material board
• Prepare for Construction Specification / Design Documentations / Material Selection
• Communicate and liaise with contractors, consultants, and project managers on all project matters
• Prepare and compile costing for building and interior works
• Lead, supervise and manage all design and projects schedules
• Prepare schedule of finishes and project management schedules
• Brief and explain to contractors on proposed design intents and finishes

Requirements

• Possess minimum Diploma / Degree in related discipline
• Preferably minimum 3 year working experience in Architecture / Interior Design for Commercial and Industrial Projects
• Competent in Autocad, 3D Studio Max, V-ray, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office
• Able to independently design and prepare full sets of drawings from design intent to construction detailing
• Possess a good knowledge of construction materials and various technical and building codes
• Able to multi-task and meet project schedule
• Committed and able to work independently
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good leadership skills with strong technical expertise
• Highly motivated, confident, eloquent with good interpersonal skills
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel, Words, PowerPoint, etc
