The Visual Designer Executive is responsible for crafting visually compelling and innovative designs that enhance the brand’s identity while supporting marketing, e-commerce, and creative initiatives. This role involves developing a variety of visual materials, including digital assets, print collateral, and branding elements, ensuring all designs align with the brand’s contemporary and modern aesthetic.

You will also be responsible for:

Visual Design and Development:

• Create high-quality designs for diverse platforms, including digital, social media, print, and in-store displays.
• Develop promotional materials such as banners, posters, advertisements, lookbooks, email campaigns, and more.
• Design visual assets for the brand’s website, social media channels, and e-commerce platforms.

Brand Identity and Consistency:

• Ensure all design work aligns with the brand’s visual identity and aesthetic guidelines.
• Maintain consistent branding across all materials, including packaging, digital media, and advertising.
• Collaborate on the evolution of the brand’s visual style and contribute to shaping the overall creative direction.

Creative Collaboration:

• Work closely with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams to develop innovative visual solutions.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
• Transform conceptual ideas into engaging and effective visual designs.

Project Management:

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for feedback, revisions, and approvals.
• Maintain organized project files and design documentation.

Trend Awareness and Research:

• Stay updated on design trends, industry standards, and emerging technologies.
• Conduct competitor and market research to inform design decisions.
• Experiment with new tools and techniques to enhance creative output.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure design work aligns with business goals.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Communicate design rationale and ensure clarity throughout the design process.

Quality Assurance:

• Review and proofread designs to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Ensure high-quality outputs across all formats and platforms, including resolution and color accuracy.
• Address design-related issues or adjustments during production.

We would want to speak with you if you are / have –

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of professional design experience, preferably in fashion or retail industries.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across digital and print mediums.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Strong creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

It would be great if you have:

• Experience with motion graphics and video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and web design best practices.

Our client, a renowned Architectural firm, has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as an Architectural Designer (Healthcare / Hospitality).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Report to senior architectural designer
• Collaboration in space planning assignments, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, design documentation and construction site supervision for design implementation.
• Plan, schedule and run design activities to meet the project programme.
• Preparation of communicative presentations (in pptx or other media)
• Preparation of coherent sets of design-focused tender drawings
• Coordination with consultants, vendors, contractors, fabricators, regulatory agencies and other collaborators to meet overall project objectives.
• Ensure all designs meet with local regulatory compliance requirements.
• Review of shop drawings submittals and finish samples
• Conducting site observations to monitor construction progress and to ensure that planning and design intent are fully realised at site.
• Contribution to refinement of office design processes

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Experience in interior designing in hospitals or any medical facilities.
• Well versed in Adobe, AutoCAD and Sketchup.
• Experience in Healthcare, Laboratory, Nursing homes, Special needs facilities and workplace preferred but not necessary. However, willingness to learn is a must.
• Excel in 3D modelling, visualization, and graphic software; Revit skillset is strongly preferred. (Others include acad, Sketch-up, Enscape, adobe and Microsoft suites).
• Have a keen desire to produce good and aesthetic designs. A good eye for good aesthetics is a plus.
• Familiar with local codes and building practices is preferred, but not necessary.
