Client Engagement & Sales:

• Conduct client consultations to understand their vision, budget, and timelines.
• Present design proposals effectively and persuasively, addressing client feedback.
• Close sales by building strong client relationships and demonstrating the value of proposed designs.

Project Management:

• Oversee design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to bring designs to life.
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality and adherence to the design plan.

Trend Analysis & Expertise:

• Stay updated on the latest interior design trends, materials, and techniques.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and team members.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in residential interior design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in residential design projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other relevant tools.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members while taking the lead on projects.
