Additionally, the role requires overseeing the staff’s welfare, preparing duty rosters, and providing guidance on classroom management. Monthly staff meetings are conducted to plan and review programmes for the centre, and the individual will collaborate closely with SCC Coaches and Teaching Excellence to provide feedback and necessary support. A key part of the role is motivating the team to achieve excellence, meet centre targets, and fulfil key performance indicators. The role also involves supervising activities aimed at meeting developmental objectives, ensuring accurate record-keeping for attendance, grades, health, and safety. Lastly, other duties may be assigned by the Cluster Head.
