What We're Looking For:

• Educational Qualifications: At least GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent.
• Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a frontline role where you’ve honed your communication and problem-solving skills.
• Bonus Points for Microsoft NAV Knowledge: Experience with Microsoft NAV (Navision) software is an advantage, but not required—we’re happy to train the right candidate!
• Flexible Schedule: Enjoy a 5-day work week, including weekends (with your choice of off days on Mondays/Tuesdays or Thursdays/Fridays).

Additionally, it includes overseeing inventory management, analyzing product movement to optimize stock levels, leading staff through training and supervision, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. The role also involves collaborating on marketing efforts to boost sales through promotions and events.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
