Job Description:
· Perform warehouse duties such as sorting, picking, packing, loading and unloading goods from container and related duties.
· Receives and unpacks goods, check packing list against stock received and scan in for Purchases
· Assists when necessary in the storing of goods in the proper storage area
· Checking of delivery orders and ensures that proper quantities and types of goods are being picked
· Packing of goods for local delivery and scan out items, pick items for e commerce etc
· Maintain inventory accuracy and regular stock take in warehouse
· Arrange timely collection / delivery of goods to customers
· Other ad-hoc duties as warehouse manager assigned

Requirement:
• At least 2 years of experience in delivery and/or warehousing
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment;
• Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency

• Walkable distance from Ubi MRT Station
• Mondays to Fridays; 9am to 5.30pm
• Salary up to S$11.50/HR

• Programme Development and Management
  • Implement curriculum for innovation & entrepreneurship education programmes.
  • Develop and manage programme timelines, milestones, reporting and deliverables, including the GII Programme and OWSE, or equivalent.
  • Ensure effective operations in compliance with university policies.
• Programme Impact and Evaluation
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the programme and its impact on the startup ecosystem.
  • Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance the uniqueness and effectiveness of the programme.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Partnership Building
  • Identify and organise collaborative initiatives with internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to student leaders, faculty, investors, sponsors, corporate partners.
  • Identify strategic opportunities for IIE and SMU and build relationships with key stakeholders and networks that support the acceleration of student innovation and cultivate the entrepreneurial mindset.
• Student Club Management
  • Oversee and guide student leaders in the areas of club governance, workplans and finance to establish credible student-led clubs in SMU.
  • Provide institutional support and cultivate the entrepreneurial mindset among student leaders and clubs through experiential activities. & events
• Financial Oversight and Fundraising
  • Track the budget and utilisation of the club & programme(s).
  • Ensure optimal utilisation of programme-specific funds.

  • Support the development of marketing strategies to elevate respective programme's profile and awareness within SMU, locally and regionally.

Job Title: Warehouse Assistant Supervisor (ID8217)
Location: Ang Mo Kio, Singapore

Job Description:
• Monitor warehouse assistants on the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods;
• Identify all areas of improvement and maximize productivity;
• Prepare and manage SAP system to optimize time management;
• Closely monitor all deliveries for raw materials for production. Ensure all stocks are arranged and delivered based on FIFO system;
• Handle and prepare for Delivery Order and Packing List;
• Assist on incoming and outgoing cargo;
• Maintain completed detailed warehouse materials identifications;
• Ensure that the minimum level of parts is identified and maintained at all times and planning for future capacity requirements;
• Prepare and support production department for withdrawing raw material/packaging material based on stock out request form and BMR List;
• Raise purchase order when required and ensure timely arrangement of maintenance for forklift and stacker
• Conduct physical monthly inventories cycle counts and audit;
• Provide monthly inventory reports on the level of raw material, packaging material and finished goods by end of the month; finished goods inventory list to be provided upon management request;

Job Description

• Full set of accounts for ship chartering business and investment holding companies.
• Review of payments (including staff claims) and direct liaison with logistics department on billing matters, payment processing back-up when accounts assistant is away.
• Prepare journal entries and monthly accounting schedule inclusive fixed asset, prepayments, accruals and other balance sheet schedules.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation and revaluation, inter-company transaction reconciliation.
• Monthly and quarterly preparation of Group Reporting Pack.
• Prepare quarterly GST returns and workings and GST reporting.
• Assist in year-end audit.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Finance Manager (i.e. reporting to Singapore Department of Statistics, KYC request from banks, etc.)

Job Requirements

• Possess Degree in Accounting or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in GST reporting is a must.
• Knowledge of SAP Accounting system will be a plus.
• Attention to details, meticulous and ability to multi-task in fast pace environment.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
