• Evaluate all VO claims from sub-contractors and ensure all the variation orders are carried out in order & according to proper procedure.
• Effective follow up on payment certificate to sub-contractors and payment advice to client

Job Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveyor
• Min 5-year of experience in Quantity Surveyor or relevant for luxury landed house project.
• Familiar with various high-end materials used for luxury house.

• Experience in agile, design thinking and user experience improvements.

Job Scope:

• Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the store, including managing staff during shifts.
• Help train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to existing staff to ensure high performance

• Determine and define project scope and objectives
