Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Operations Assistant (RMA) to join our team. This role involves managing the flow of after-sales units through our warehouse, overseeing stock control for return units and spare parts, and conducting repairs on various consumer appliances such as water purifiers, air purifiers, dehumidifiers, massage chairs, and vacuums. Key Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform the day-to-day processing of accounts payable and receivable transactions.
2. To assist the Accounts Executive in preparing detailed financial reports.
3. To maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability and other financial activities.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma in Accounting / ACCA qualification.
2. Familiar with Singapore FRS.
