Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, comfortable and efficient driving services to the company associates.
• Be very familiar with Singapore roads and traffic regulations, always ensuring strict compliance with them.
• Perform effective route planning and situational awareness and conduct advance venue site visits for prearranged meetings when possible.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean at all times and kept in good working order by arranging vehicle servicing, washing and fuel.
• Provide administrative support such as preparation of documents/parcels for courier, arrangement of overseas and local courier services, and sorting and distribute incoming mails.
• Assist to host visitors for meetings and ensure that the meeting rooms are in an orderly manner.
• A strong communicator who can engage with the associates appropriately.
• Undertake ad hoc duties when assigned.

Requirements

• Class 3/3A driving license with min. 5 – 10 years of driving experience and familiar with Singapore roads and landmarks.
• Open minded, energetic, positive individual who is meticulous and well organized. Self-starter, independent, flexible and team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous, detailed-orientated with strong organizational and planning skills.
• Experience in driving luxury cars preferred.
• Responsible, honest and punctual for assignments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the Producer and Executive Producer in all pre-production, production and post-production matters.
• Assist in liaison work with internal production units and external companies.
• Work with the production team to prepare/break down the finalized scripts for production. This includes arranging/scheduling and attending production meetings, location scouting, audition/casting meetings, set design meetings and script reads/rehearsals with the talents.

The successful candidates will play a crucial role in performing the mechanisms controlling neural development, pruning, and neurodegenerative diseases using both fruit fly and human brain organoids. The aim of the projects is also to explore mechanisms of neuronal pruning in fruit flies and its implications for autism. The successful candidate is motivated and expected to provide assistance and support for a couple of interesting projects, team up with PhD students or postdocs, and assist in maintaining lab infrastructure. A capable candidate may also have the opportunity to lead his or her research project.

Requirements:

• MSc or BSc (Hons) in molecular, cellular biology, neurobiology, or related biological fields
• Prior experience in lab research
• Ability to design experiments and work independently
• Experience with molecular, cellular biology, neurobiology is preferred
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a research team, able to assist in lab organization and administration
