Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure each child's individual needs are met.
• Collaborate with preschools and kindergarten to help them host our Enrichment and Holiday programs.
• Lead parenting programs to support parents in implementing personalized teaching strategies.

Requirements:

• A passion for working with young children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude.
• Relevant qualifications in early childhood education using Multiple Intelligence (preferred but not required).
