Requirements:

• Able to work shifts (including weekday nights, Saturday/Sunday mornings) and to cover colleagues’ absence at short notice

• Min GCE “O”/ “A” levels or diploma holders

• No experience needed as training will be provided

• Good in using computer and Internet

• Good interpersonal and customer service skills

• Humble, hardworking and responsible

Job Description:

• Knowledge on QuickBooks Accounting Software
• Take inventory/ maintain stock record/upkeep for year- end auditing and ordering office supplies and materials for project sites.
• Sales Order processing; issuing invoices; and purchase order
• General Administrative duties, arrangement of goods delivery; courier
• Ad-hoc task as and when requested by the management/project team
• Self-motivated, positive attitude and pro-active
• Beside English / Chinese, ability to speak other languages is an advantage

Requirement:

• Minimum ITE/Diploma or equivalent
• Fresh graduate or with 1-2 years of working experience in the related field
• Able to work independently as well as a good team player
