Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing (Consumer Appliances)
• Position Title: Technical Support Assistant
• Working Location: Pasir Ris
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30 am – 6.30 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,500 + AWS + Overseas Allowances + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot various hotel guestroom appliances such as safes, minibars, kettles, hairdryers, irons, and clocks.
• Manage the entire spare parts inventory and improve inventory control processes.
• Handle technical issues for local and overseas hotel customers and generate investigation reports.
• Collaborate closely with certification and sales colleagues to address challenges.
• Participate in testing, evaluating, and implementing new products.
• Visits to overseas customers/distributors to provide technical support.

• A diploma or degree in electrical and/or mechanical engineering is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
