Responsibilities:

• Address customer inquiries and confirm sales orders
• Prepare quotations, delivery orders, packing lists, and other related documents
• Coordinate and update customers on order status and delivery timelines
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry tasks related to inventory management systems.
• Conduct regular inventory counts/audits to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Support in processing incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Prepare and maintain receiving and outgoing documentation.
• Respond to inquiries related to inventory/receiving/outgoing status.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Prerequisites:

• Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse administration or inventory management role.
• GCE ‘O’ level or its equivalent.
• Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
