Job Responsibilities

• To assist in recruitment and onboarding/debriefing to successful candidates
• To handle foreign workers’ work pass and insurance such as security bonds and work injury
• To maintain staff record for both local and foreign staff
• To provide clerical and administrative support
• To handle all file documents and manage mailings
• To coordinate for company events and staff activities
• Assist in other ad hoc tasks as requested

Job Requirements

• Minimum ‘A’ level/Certificate in a HR-related discipline
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Able to converse in both English & preferably Mandarin as required to liaise with Mandarin speaking site workers, subcons/vendors
• Mature team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
• Must have initiative, be well organized, independent and able to work under pressure
• Good team player
• Position is open only to Singaporean or PR
• Preferably able to start immediately or within short notice
