Marketing Assistant Manager Job Description

Our company is looking to hire a marketing assistant who will be working closely with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for our brands. As a successful hire, you will be tasked with helping identify marketing trends and opportunities for growth, as well as creating marketing materials such as white papers and case studies. You will be giving presentations about our ongoing campaigns and provide administrative support to our marketing and sales teams.

To be chosen for this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Prior work experience in administration, sales, or marketing is a plus. Effective written and verbal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail are both important keys to success in this role.

Marketing Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with the marketing manager, internal teams, clients and partners on marketing strategy.
• Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.
• Learning and working with various types of software for digital marketing.

Marketing Assistant Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field.

Jobs Scope:

• General management of the warehouse
• Maintains records and FIFO practices of inventories and location
• Ensure day-to-day activities are according to plan and schedule.
• Recording of inventory (RM/WIP/FG) movements; manage stock counts, cycle counts; highlight and investigate any discrepancies found.
• Receiving, packing and checking of goods / inventory
• Daily equipment checking and annual review on condition

Responsibilities:

CRM Programme

• Collaborating with other departments ensure the CRM strategy works well for every aspect of the business.
• Provide monthly CRM and performance updates to all key internal stakeholders.
• Ensure that all customer marketing communications are compliant.

SalesForce CRM platform:

• Manage and monitor daily requests, issues and escalations with agencies and Manage daily support, troubleshoot and maintenance of Salesforce.
• Manage CMS system for development of webpages.
• Provide system administration support of internal and customer-facing Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions and workflow.
• Communicate with project managers and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment
• Liaise and coordinate with internal stakeholders, agencies and dealer
• Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully.

Events and Privileges:

• Implement and manage timelines, contracts and communication with partners and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate and manage the set-up and production of the event on site, ensuring the delivery of a high quality event.
• Develop strategy, liaise and manage the content topics and timelines for eNewsletters.
• Ensure all corporate guidelines are followed.

Events:

• Support and coordinate event requirements including planning, onsite event management and post event wrap up.
• Manage logistics, inventory, event talents and vendors.
• Maintain digital inventory list and process of inventory flow.
• Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure all needs relating to functionality and performance are met.
• Provide feedback and periodic reports to stakeholders.
• Specify staff requirements and coordinate their activities.
• Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day.

Requirements:

• Experience in using SalesForce CRM platform would be an advantage
• Experience in experiential marketing

Role Scope;

To assist the traders & marketers in their role of trading derivative instruments on behalf of the Company in the most effective manner possible within all Company policies and protocols on risk, credit and exposures.

Job Responsibilities

• The Healthcare Assistant supports and assists the nurses (Registered Nurses (RN) and Enrolled Nurses (EN) in delivery of nursing care to residents and helps to maintain a clean, safe and comfortable environment for them.
• Complies with MOH approved standards of nursing practices and advisories.
• Participates in activities to improve the quality of care.
• Attends to needs of the residents. Ensures the safety, comfort and well-being of the residents and reports resident’s needs to the nurse.
• Checks, monitors and records residents’ vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration and blood pressure.
• Ensures the comfort and good personal hygiene of the residents under her/his care, e.g. bed bath/shoer bath, changing of clothes and bed sheets, keeping them clean and dry or to moisturize skin when required.
• Transfer and positioning of non-ambulant residents.
• Assist in the conduct of daily exercise for the residents.
• Assist in serving/ feeding meals and drinks to residents and wash up dishes/ utensils after serving/ feeding.
• Report accurate documentation of care given to the nurses.
• Assist the nurse in nursing care, e.g. caring for residents with urinary catheter.
• Accompany residents for walks and for their outing trips.
• Alerts nurses to emergency situations.
• Work with co-workers and nurses to maintain a safe and clean environment in the nursing home.
• Carries out any other duties assigned by Nurses/ SNAs/ NAs/ Senior HCA.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
