Job Responsibilities:

• Provide quality customer service at all times; greet visitors and guests in a friendly and engaging manner ensuring a smooth and timely check-in/check-out during their stay
• Thorough understanding of all hotel room categories, room rates and other general product knowledge necessary to perform Front Office operations
• Proactively assist guests in an informative and helpful way on enquiries relating to their stay and follow-up promptly on guest requests and needs
• Accounting and maintaining an accurate cash float
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct phone inquiries to the appropriate recipients.

• Greet and direct visitors in a professional and friendly manner, serve refreshments if needed.

• Maintain a clean and organized reception area to uphold a professional environment ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.

• Coordinate with the circulation and third-party contractor/vendor for office maintenance.

• Facilitate the setup of meetings or events, coordinating arrangements as needed.

• Assist in the organisation of office events and activities, including festive lunches, corporate gift, corporate swag ordering etc.

• Oversee procurement of office supply items and inventories.

• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Recognized GCE O Levels or equivalent

• 1- 2 years in Customer Service, Receptionist or Admin roles. Experience in office management and event coordination.

• Problem-solving and time management. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel etc. Effective multitasking and prioritization. Strong customer service with a professional manner.

• Open to physical work such as setting up meeting rooms, moving of tables and chairs, carrying out responsibilities when there’s events in the office.

Job Responsibilities:

• Understand and propose solutions to client’s request, bringing in subject matter experts from internal departments or external parties to assist where necessary
• Main point of contact for clients’ request and attend to clients' inquiries promptly
• Assist with account onboarding, maintenance and management of the client relationship, predominantly focusing on large insurance institutions
• Facilitate the implementation of new instruments and strategies requested by the client.
• Facilitate cash and securities transfers as well as other account management request from the client
• Prepare presentation materials and conduct regular client review meetings to provide timely updates regarding ongoing request(s)
• Customise and send client reports in accordance to clients’ requirements and timeline
• Handle other client solutions duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• A relevant Degree, preferably in finance or accountancy
• Experience working within a client focused environment, servicing large insurance institutions or operational background in asset management will be an added advantage (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Good industry knowledge relating to the financial markets, asset management or securities servicesKnowledge in investments, derivative instruments and deep understanding of operational activities of asset management is mandatory
• Good understanding/knowledge in investments, derivative instruments and operational activities of asset management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Powerpoint. Proficiency in Bloomberg and Morningstar will be useful
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fluency in English is mandatory
• Ability to foster and maintain strong interpersonal internal and external relationships
• Demonstrate behaviours of being resourceful, organised, and paying attention to details
• Fast learner who is self-motivated and resourceful to resolve queries
• An excellent team player with a “can do” attitude

Requirements:

Education:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.

- Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field is an asset.

Experience:

- 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a similar role.

- Experience working with clients and providing excellent customer service.

Skills:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
