1. MINIMUM EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS

· Minimum primary education or related fields.

· Must possess a valid driving license

· Must possess a valid WSQ Follow Food & Beverage Safety and Hygiene Policies and Procedures

1. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

· Minimum 1 year of experience in delivering related to food manufacturing or commercial kitchens

· Familiar with Singapore’s road map and LTA regulations

· Experience in Goods Distribution Practice (GDP) is added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

Sales QS

• Assist sales personnel with tendering, quotation.
• Assist sales personnel with Document Processing(Specifications, DO, Invoices).
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer’s enquiries from various channels: website live chat, social platform messaging, WhatsApp, telephone, and emails.

Office Admin

• Assist with day-to-day Admin and Operations of company, showroom set up, office supplies, office cleaniless etc.
• Perform other tasks as assigned to support overall business operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent, preferable in Quantity Surveyor background.
• Team player, Independent with a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales QS.
• Knowledge of furniture preferred.
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms preferred.

Under limited supervision, the technician will install, service, and repair electronic equipment on board ships. Use your knowledge of electronic theory and circuitry to address a variety of technical problems. Make intelligent use of complex schematics, and manuals to accurately achieve assignments.
