Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced e-commerce specialist to join our team. As an E-commerce

Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online store to drive sales and enhance the

overall customer experience. You will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to increase

online visibility, improve conversion rates, and maximize revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce and other online sales channels.
• Ensure product listings, pricing, and inventory are accurate and up-to-date.
• Manage and maintain our online store platform, ensuring all product listings, pricing, and inventory are accurate and up-to-date.
• Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to online sales and e-commerce initiatives.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns related to online shopping.
• Focus on enhancing the overall customer experience across all online touchpoints.
• Monitor and analyze shop performance and generate reports on key metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customer service to ensure a seamless online shopping experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best e-commerce practices, and make recommendations for improvements and innovation.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising and social media promotions, to drive traffic and increase sales.
• Monitor and respond to customer reviews, inquiries, and feedback to maintain a positive brand image and ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Proven experience working in e-commerce, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and content management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

We are hiring an Asst Engineer/Engineer to maintain and ensure live systems are up and running smoothly 24/7. Candidates should be equipped with technical disciplines in System-Level Maintenance with knowledge of Radio Communications, Basic Networking Skills, Computer/Servers Management, Embedded Systems and/or UPS.

Responsibilities:

Involve in one or more teams in supporting and maintaining systems.

• Report to the Team Lead/Service Delivery Manager to fulfil contractual KPI.
• Assist Team Lead/Service Delivery Manager to deliver contract deliverables within budget.
• Able to operate and thrive in a dynamic work environment where you are required to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
• To perform routine Preventive Maintenance in accordance with the maintenance instructions / procedures.
• To carry out Corrective Maintenance in accordance with the maintenance instructions / procedures.
• Liaison with procurement and vendors.
• Perform after-office hour standby for fault activation.
• Arrange and attend monthly meetings with customers.
• Provide engineering services and support to facilitate equipment adequacy, obsolescence, configuration and design.
• Provide or recommend technical solutions to mitigate Radio Frequency Communication systems/equipment failures.
• Required to travel and work at customer premise(s).

Requirements:

• Higher Nitec or Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Positive work ethics and team player.
• Takes ownership of responsibilities.
• Thrive in multi-disciplinary and cross-functional environments.
• Able to work effectively in an indoor and outdoor environment.
• Preferably with some knowledge in Data Analytics (e.g. failure trending/patterns).
• Preferably with experience in System-Level Maintenance in the following disciplines: (Radio Communications, basic networking skills, computer/servers, embedded systems and/or UPS). Other Engineering-related experience maybe considered.
• Evident in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Words, Power-point & Excel).
• Preferably with Class 3 Driving License.

Other Information:

• Office working hours (0830H to 1800H).
• 5 Days work week with standby / Recall duties required (allowances provided)
• Required to climb up and down due to need to work at height, if required and carry heavy equipment.
