Roles & Responsibilities

Triage Patients

Registering Patients

Handle phone calls and patient enquiries

Dispensing medication (with supervision)

Billing and Collection of payments

Performing simple administrative duties assigned by senior/supervisor

Assisting the doctor in minor procedures or surgeries

Handling of blood/urine/stool samples and liaising with laboratories

Job Requirements:
Minimum GCE ‘N/O’ level/ITEC and above

Honest, reliable & responsible Team player

A sincere caring heart to serve patients

Able to work in fast paced environment at times

Basic computer skills. Training will be provided.

Requires to be female to assist MALE Doctor to chaperone the examination of female patients.

Able to communicate with Mandarin and dialects speaking elderly patients.

Working hours:

5.5 workdays. No shifts. No nights. Weekdays 8.30am to 5.00pm. Saturday half day 8.30am to 12.30 pm. Sundays & PHs closed.

Benefits:

Salary: $1,800- $2,200+ per month, variable depending on skills, credentials & experience.

(Bonus & Salary increase depending on performance.)

Training if required will be provided in clinic. Suitable candidate may also be sponsored for skills course.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly at appropriate temperatures
• Handling multiple food orders at one time
• Assisting other cooks in preparing food or helping other team members when needed
• Help to prepare food before the arrival of the guests for special arrangement/ reservation
• Operates various kitchen appliances such as blender, oven, grill or stand mixer
• Cleans food preparation areas and maintains the cleanliness of the kitchen
• Preparing ingredients for the shift; washing vegetables, chopping, seasoning meat, etc.
• Utensils to be sanitized at the end of the shift
• Cleans up after business hours

Qualifications & Requirements

• Food Hygiene Certification
• At least 6 months work experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Good communication skills and Service Oriented

Responsibilities:

• Candidate must be able to handle day-to-day general admin and office matters independently
• Maintain and handle various matters of the company and related departments and related parties Schedules departmental meetings, takes and distributes minutes, and arranges/attends sub-committee meetings as required. Work closely with Outlet Manager to ensure effective service by training staff in product knowledge and promoting a service culture in the Outlet.
• File archiving and documents management
• Ensure the proper environment and security of the office
• Maintain office equipment, manage the office cleaners, supplies and facilities
• Any Other Ad-Hoc duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in any field
• Good command of English and Chinese Mandarin
• More than two years of working or relevant experience, preferably in F&B industry.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines with high level of accuracy
• Good time management and meticulous
• Team player with good communication skills
• Meticulous, organized and good attention to details
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel and PowerPoint)
