What You Will Be Doing

The Office Operations Executive plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of our office. Reporting to the Operations and HR Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining an efficient, organized, and welcoming work environment for our team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Purpose of Job

This position is responsible for the tactical planning and lead the development of facilities / asset management strategy in support of the workspace (research and office) needs.

Purpose of Job

This position is responsible for the tactical planning and lead the development of facilities / asset management strategy in support of the workspace (research and office) needs.

Responsible to consolidate and validate all actual design specifications with the planning team and equipment manuals with the FM team as part handover. Provide support to the FM team at the initial stage of operations and DLP.
