As a Risk Management Assistant Manager, you will:

• Drive Innovation: Collaborate with asset management, treasury, and finance teams to craft advanced risk management frameworks tailored for real estate investments.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in real estate research, investment, project financing, equity research, corporate finance, or property valuation is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel modeling, with VBA/Python knowledge as a plus.

• FRM, PRM, or CFA will set you apart.
