Qualifications

Candidate should have/is completing a PhD degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering or related field, preferably with teaching and post-doctoral research experience.

Job Descriptions

• Review work processes and main necessary documentation for HSE
• Carry out incident investigation and propose corrective actions to be implemented
• Supervise and control firefighting and oil pollution operations
• Advise and support project management team to achieve project HSE targets/ goals
• Any other assigned duties and responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering or Workplace Safety & Health (WSH)-related disciplines preferred

• Data entries of all inventories movements

• Loading and unloading of inventories in warehouse

• Put away inventories

• Monitor goods movement and product quality

• Handling warehouse activities and perform annual stock-taking

• Picking and packing using tools and instruments

Minimum Requirements:

• N level and above or other relevant qualification(s)

• Fluent English

• 0-3 years relevant warehouse experience

• Good working attitude and always willing to learn. Always taking initiative (proactive), open-minded and innovative.

• Good team player

• Provision in Excel and WMS system

•** Forklift License will be a plus point ( negotiable)

Job Summary:

· Salary: Basic $1700 - $2800

· Working hours: Monday - Friday 10am - 7pm

· Working location: Bukit Merah Central

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation all related export shipping documentations.

• Liaise with shipping and logistics companies to ensure timely clearance and delivery of shipments to customer.

• Handling of LC negotiation experience preferred.

• Maintain systematic filling of documents and follow-up with final negotiation.

• Issuing invoice, packing list, checking BL draft, chasing schedule

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min N/O Level with at least 1 years’ experience in shipping/logistics.

• Preferably with experience in handling shipping procedures documentation.

• Customer oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.

• PC literate, meticulous and strong sense of initiative.
