Qualifications

Candidate should have/is completing a PhD degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering or related field, preferably with teaching and post-doctoral research experience.

Part-time Administrative Assistant (Warehouse) Responsibilities

• To perform picking, packing based on outlet orders.
• To ensure good receiving in order and verifying the quality and quantity of each item.
• To record warehouse stock and monitor inventory control.
• To perform sorting, organizing and keeping stock in the right location.
• To ensure the warehouse is organized and clean.
• To perform monthly stock count every end of the month.
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.

Workday: Monday, Wednesday and Friday

Work Time: 9 am to 5 pm

Description

• Data entry and filing of documents
• Monitoring accounts payable transactions
• Monitoring payment to vendors/suppliers in accordance with credit terms
• Generating weekly/monthly accounts payable reports
• Perform accounting-related duties
• Handling petty cash
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate superior

Requirements

• Basic accounting knowledge
• Detailed orientated
• Basic computer knowledge
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and a team player
• Able to commence work on a short notice will be an added advantage

Work Location

• Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm
• Saturday: 9am to 1pm

Job Descriptions

• Assist Condominium/Building Manager.
• Attend to complaints from residents/occupants.
• Booking and collection of money for recreation facilities, residents' passes and car park labels.
• Assist in organizing festive events (Eg.: Christmas party & etc).

Job Requirements

• Min. GCE “O” Level with 1 year of working experience.
• Hand-on experience and well-versed with Microsoft Office applications.
• Meticulous and strong organizational skills.
• Must be a team player.
