Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in accounts payable and receivable.
• Check the Daily Sales Report for all outlets.
• Perform research and market intelligence through close monitoring of competitor performance, strategies, and pricing structures.
• Data entries into the Accounting system.
• Assist and support in the monthly and yearly closing process.
• Handling office administrative matters such as stationery, mail, pantry supplies, and related assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Handling the service desk, corresponding and deliver excellent and consistent level of customer service via various touch points i.e. email and phone calls
• Provide support to internal and external stakeholders, and escalate issues to other teams as appropriate

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree and preferably with working experience within the financial industry
• Possess knowledge and experience on banking operations/Customer Service roles preferred
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients
